Grand Park Hotel Vancouver Airport, An Ascend Collection Hotel, Richmond

I had a very mixed experience at the hotel. While the location is super convenient with plenty of dining options and stores nearby, the facilities felt outdated and the service was lacking. The room I stayed in was spacious, which was a plus, but overall the cleanliness and staff experience left a lot to be desired.
